Our Architectural Choices
We create villas that areexceptional, both in terms of the luxury they afford and their substantial proportions: a minimum of 1500m2 on at least 2 hectares.
The voluminous rooms, the 5-meter ceilings and thick walls recall the architecture of the 1930s.
Libraries, spacious bathrooms, and bedrooms with fireplaces, as well as the orientation and views of the villas all combine to give each its own unique charm.
Gardens and Views: Our Creations Give You Breath and Take It Away
What would a villa be without the breathtaking beauty of gardens, the charm of flowing water, the fountains and secret spots? All of our gardens are designed around the flow of the land, dunes of turf and flowers. Our landscape gardener’s knowledge of Moroccan vegetation means our gardens flower all year round. Another of our strengths is transplanting adult olive trees and palms, which is handled by our agronomist and his team. The gardens we have already created are our best business card.
Our Resources: Craftsmen and Materials
Moroccan craftsmen are the most sophisticated and creative anywhere in North Africa, and they are the cornerstone of the architecture in Marrakech.Our Construction and Interior Design Units have been masters of the various specialties – be it cedar ceilings, zelliges, stucco or brick – for more than 20 years.
The importance of using only high-quality materials in these various areas, along with the talent and focus of the craftsmen, cannot be overstated if low-end results (unfortunately all too common in Marrakech) are to be avoided. Our teams take great pride in their beautiful creations, which are then left to the enjoyment of our clients.
