Architecture and Development Unit
With the interests of comfort and luxury foremost in mind, a single architect has designed all the villas in the Bab Atlas community. A very personal vision of Moroccan architecture and the grandeur of his creations allow him to design projects with a degree of luxury that is seldom seen in Marrakech.Entirely devoted to design and development, the Architecture Department is the keystone of our organization. Our client may specify his tastes and expectations during a visit to the numerous living rooms and bedrooms that have already been built, which represent a wide variety of styles and range from 80 to 200m2.
This makes for a customized project, created exclusively for each client, which is then validated by our Architecture Unit who will draw up the plans.
Construction Unit
A team of 5 engineers, who came out of the best European schools and haveled careers of international renown, coordinate all construction activities.
These master builders exercise systematic control over the project, with a rigor and attention to detail that makes it possible to unite the skill of Moroccan craftsmen with modern techniques.
Interior Design Unit
Our decorating team coordinates the client’s choices of materials and colors with the craftsmen’s requirements, with results that are never ostentatious or kitchy. We are accustomed to furnishing our clients’ villas down to the most minute of details, including paintings, statuary, and bed and bath linens.The client’s taste will be clearly detailed and reinforced with examples from the other villas that are already furnished.
Garden and Landscaping Unit
Bab Design employs a team of 50 gardeners led by a talented agronomist and landscape gardener who rework the land and transplant adult trees, taking just 9 months to produce a garden of surprising maturity.Bab Atlas's water is supplied by wells and the villas use municipal water.
Our irrigation team will install an economical and efficient watering system.
